Email it to a client
Email to a client writes to one of your clients (those linked to the collection come first) or Someone else…. Start from the standard message or one of your templates, change the words, and choose Send email. A button to the gallery and your studio’s name are added after your message, and replies come to you. Save as template keeps the wording for next time.
Protect it with a password
- Open Settings › Privacy and choose Private - password protected.
- Type a Gallery password of 8 to 128 characters, or choose Generate.
- Save, and send the client the password separately (it is shown in Share to copy).
The title and cover of a published collection are visible to anyone with the link; the photographs need the password. Wrong guesses are limited, so a password can’t be guessed quickly.
Change or end a link
In Settings › General, Custom address gives a collection a readable address of your own. ⋯ › Replace share link ends the old link, the custom address and every client’s open visit at once, for a link that was shared too widely.
See who did what
Clients enter their email the first time they favorite or download, and are told you will see it. The Activity tab shows Download Activity, Favorite Activity and Email Registration, and Export saves them as a spreadsheet.
