How does the free trial work?
Create your studio and the next 45 days are free, with everything above included and room for 10 GB of photos. Deliver real galleries to real clients while you decide.
What will it cost?
Founder prices: Free with 5 GB, then Basic 50 GB for $5, Plus 100 GB for $10, Pro 500 GB for $20 and Studio 1 TB for $28 a month, or less billed yearly. Plans differ mainly in storage, and a few features, such as online booking, start on paid plans. Your first 45 days are free.
What happens after 45 days?
If you haven’t chosen a paid plan and your photographs fit in 5 GB, your studio moves to Free automatically, with galleries still online. If you have more, uploads pause and client galleries stay online for 14 days while you bring it under 5 GB or choose a plan; then they go offline, and your photographs are deleted 30 days later. We email you before each step.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free keeps 5 GB of photographs with every gallery feature, and up to 3 clients, invoices and contracts. Every trial that ends without a paid plan moves to it once its photographs fit, or choose it yourself on your Plan page.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then, if your photographs fit in 5 GB, your studio moves to Free with galleries still online. If not, client galleries stay online for 14 more days while uploads pause, so you can bring it under 5 GB or choose a plan; then they go offline, and your photographs are deleted 30 days later. We email you before each step, your clients, invoices and contracts are always kept, and choosing a plan before then restores everything. Trials end the same way.
What are founder prices?
The prices for studios that join while Alita Gallery is new. The plan you choose keeps its founder price for as long as you stay on it, even if prices rise. Switching to another plan later uses that plan’s price at the time, and canceling ends founder pricing.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Yearly billing is two months free on Basic and Plus, and about 10% off on Pro and Studio. Change plan at any time on your Plan page, or cancel from Manage billing.
What happens when my storage is full?
Your galleries stay online, and uploads stop. On Free and Basic they stop at exactly the storage included. Plus, Pro and Studio keep a 5% upload buffer so an active delivery can finish; it is temporary room, not extra included storage. Delete photographs or move to a larger plan to upload more.
Can I move my galleries from Pixieset?
Yes. Download your collections and Pixieset’s collection list, then drop the folder into Import. Each gallery becomes a draft collection with its sections, and you get a report of every old and new link.
