Packages
- Open Business › Packages and choose New package, or Start from an example.
- Give it a name, price, a line about it, what’s included and a cover from your collections.
- Turn on Your packages page to show them on your client site, with or without prices.
Send a quote as a booking
- Write the client’s quote and a contract for them (a draft is fine).
- On the quote, choose Send as booking: the kind of shoot, the date if you know it, this quote or a choice of packages, the payments, and a questionnaire to follow if you like.
- Choose Send booking. The client accepts, signs and pays the first payment on one page.
Let clients book a time
- Open Sessions (from Packages or the Create menu) and choose New session type: a session at a time you offer, or mini sessions on set days, with its length, gaps, price and how much is paid when booking.
- In Settings, set your time zone, the hours you take sessions and days off, and turn on Your booking page.
The booking page needs Plus or above (or the trial) and card payments, since clients pay when they book. The Sessions page says what is still missing.
Keep your calendar in step
- Under Busy times from your calendars, add up to five calendar addresses (iCal links) so those times can’t be booked.
- Under Your calendar, Make a calendar link to see your sessions in Apple Calendar or any calendar app.
- You choose whether clients can move or cancel their own sessions, and how close to the day.
