Send a questionnaire
- Open Business › Questionnaires and choose Send a questionnaire.
- Pick the client and the questionnaire (wedding day, portrait session or family session, or one of yours), and preview it.
- Leave reminders on if you’d like the client reminded after three days and once more after a week.
- Choose Send questionnaire, or copy the link to send it yourself.
The client’s answers save as they type, and they choose Send when they’re done. You’re emailed when it’s answered.
Make your own
Under Templates, choose New questionnaire, or Make your own copy of one of ours. Questions can be a short answer, a paragraph, one choice, several choices or a date, with section headings between them. Up to 80 questions.
After it’s answered
Open it to read the answers, Print or save as PDF, Write a contract with the details filled in, or let the client change their answers.
