Turn on automatic emails
- Open Business › Jobs, then ⋯ › Automatic emails.
- Set your time zone if you haven’t, then choose Turn on automatic emails.
- Each kind of shoot has its own steps, such as thanks for booking, a questionnaire before the date, a note a week before, the gallery after delivery, or a request for a review. Turn each step on or off, set when it goes, and edit its subject and message.
They are off for every studio until you turn them on. Emails go out between 9 am and 8 pm in your time zone, at most one a day to each client.
Spots
Insert a spot to fill in the client’s first name, your studio’s name, the shoot’s kind, date, time and place, the client’s page or their guides. Preview shows the email as a client would get it.
Email templates
Email templates (on Clients) are messages you send yourself: start from one when you email a client, and change it before sending. Four are built in, and you can write up to 50 of your own.
Reminders that live elsewhere
Payment and contract reminders are turned on or off in Payment settings, not here.
