Let people sign up
- Open Business › Marketing and choose Settings.
- Turn on the opt-in boxes you want: when a client signs in to save favorites, enters their email to download, or checks out in the store. The box sits beside the email field and is never ticked for them.
- Turn on the sign-up pop-up to invite gallery visitors once, after a few seconds. Turn on the sign-up page and copy its link for your website, Instagram or business card.
- Choose Save settings.
Each sign-up keeps where it happened, when, and the exact words the person agreed to. Open someone on the Subscribers list to see it.
Your subscribers
- Search by email or name, filter by status, and Export CSV for your own records.
- Import a CSV of people who already agreed to hear from you. You confirm that before it imports, and anyone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.
- Open someone to Unsubscribe them, or Remove them for good if they ask to be forgotten.
Write and send a campaign
- Add your studio’s postal address in Settings. Every campaign shows it in the footer, so sending waits until it’s there.
- Choose Campaigns › New campaign. Write a subject and a preview line, then add headings, text, photos from your collections and buttons. It saves as you write, with the email shown beside it.
- Choose Send a test to get it at your studio’s email.
- Choose Send now, or Schedule and pick a date and time. A scheduled campaign goes out within ten minutes of its time.
Campaigns go only to people who are subscribed. Each email has an unsubscribe link and works with the unsubscribe button in mail apps. Replies come to your studio’s email.
Results and limits
Each sent campaign shows how many it went to, and how many were delivered, opened, clicked, bounced or unsubscribed. Anyone whose address bounces or who marks a campaign as spam stops getting campaigns.
Sending comes with the Basic, Plus, Pro and Studio plans, each with a number of campaign emails a month, counted per person per campaign. The Marketing page shows how many you have left. On Free and during a trial you can still collect subscribers, write campaigns and send yourself tests. Tests never count.
If the Marketing page says sending campaigns isn’t available yet, it isn’t switched on in Alita Gallery for now. Your subscribers and drafts stay as they are.
