Download everything
- Open Your data in the ⋯ menu (the studio’s owner sees it).
- Choose Download everything, then Prepare download.
- Download the Data file (its link works for 15 minutes) and each Photographs part (each link works for a day).
The data file is a ZIP with your records as spreadsheets (CSV) and as data.json: clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, contracts with their signed PDFs, questionnaires, bookings, packages, store, guides, collections, events, favorites and downloads. The photographs are your originals in ZIP files of about 3 GB, a folder for each collection. Passwords, PINs and private links aren’t included.
Delete your studio
- On Your data, go to Delete this studio at the foot of the page.
- Type the studio’s name to confirm, and choose Delete Studio.
- Your client site, galleries and documents go offline at once, and your subscription is set to end.
- Nothing is erased for 14 days. Until then, Keep my studio on Your data brings everything back.
- You are emailed when it’s scheduled, the day before, and when it’s done. Any encrypted backup copies are deleted 30 days after that.
- Your sign-in itself stays, so you can start again. To remove it too, write to hello@alitagallery.com.
Signing in
Sign in at alitagallery.com with the email you signed up with. Sign out is in the ⋯ menu.
